Throughout recent years the club as a whole have performed extremely well. Last year the 1st team won BUSA silver at Nationals, narrowly losing out on gold to UEA on penalties. However the 2nd team won their nationals making them the best 2nd team in the country beating St Andrews in the final.

 

The third team was only set up this year, however they have performed extremely well in their league and look forward to progressing even further next year! Hallam has also been voted to host the 2008 BUSA 1st team Nationals in Sheffield, which is another great achievement for the club!

 

Hallam Korfball enters a number of tournaments all over the country e.g. Edinburgh, Bristol and Norwich, where a variety of teams will be entered. Hallam also enjoy their rivalry with Sheffield Uni aka SCUM at events such as varsity, which occurs anually. Hallam korfball holds many socials (most of which are fancy dress), which involve a lot of drinking, having fun and generally getting to know each other!
